Maraming migranteng manggagawa sa buong mundo ang nakakaranas ng mga pagsubok bago, habang, at pagkatapos dumating sa bansang pagtatrabahuhan. Marami ang nakakaramdam ng homesickness, pagkabalisa, at depresyon. Puwedeng dahil ito sa iba’t ibang rason tulad ng pagkakawalay sa pamilya at mga kaibigan, paninibago o hindi madaling adjustment sa bagong bansa dahil sa mga kaibhan ng kultura at lengguwahe, diskriminasyon, at hindi mabuting kundisyon ng trabaho. Tandaan mong hindi ka nag-iisa at mayroong tamang paraan para makayanan at malampasan ang mga pagsubok na ito sa tulong ng ating komunidad.
