Anxiety can cause both psychological and physical symptoms. These vary from person to person, but can include:
1) anxious thoughts or beliefs that are difficult to control;
2) feeling restless or worried;
3) having trouble concentrating or sleeping;
4) unexplained aches and pains;
5) dizziness;
6) and heartbeat feels uncomfortable or unusual.
